Terms

EpubMend provides free EPUB structural checks and optional one-time downloads of supported repairs. Upload only books you own or have permission to process. Keep a backup of your original.

We repair a limited set of ZIP packaging, package pointer and image media declaration errors. We do not rewrite chapters, remove DRM, supply missing content, or promise to fix every EPUB. A repair is offered only after EPUBCheck reports no errors and content preservation checks pass. Warnings may remain.

A passing structural check does not guarantee retailer acceptance, accessibility, or the book’s appearance in reading apps. Review the repaired book in your intended reader before distribution.

The repair download costs $7 USD once, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. There is no subscription. Checkout is unavailable during an unconfigured development preview. A successful payment is confirmed by the payment provider before access is granted.

Download and report access expires within 24 hours of upload. Files are deleted automatically while the service is running and can be deleted earlier. An outage or storage error may delay deletion until cleanup resumes. Download your purchase promptly using the same browser. If you paid but cannot obtain your repair, contact support with your receipt so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or the payment provider’s applicable terms.

The service may be temporarily unavailable. Do not use it as your only file backup. Refunds revoke further download access.
